Allowed Modifications

by CyaniceModsModpacksClients

Before downloading hacked client software, you should already be aware of the consequences. By joining our server, you agree that using hacked clients will potentially ban your account temporarily or permanently.

While we allow certain modifications that enhance gameplay, increase performance, and improve the user interface, we strictly prohibit the use of hacks or exploits for unfair advantages or to exploit the game. As stated in our rules, using such unauthorized software will result in punishment, which may be temporary or permanent, depending on the severity of the offense. So to clarify, using Hacked Client is a No-no.

These modifications aim to improve the overall gaming experience while maintaining fair play. Remember, any modification not explicitly listed in our guide is considered unauthorized and subject to our rules.

Before using any modifications, feel free to open a ticket or ask the staff team for clarification on our policies and procedures regarding allowed modifications and their effects on gameplay. Please refer to our Allowed Modifications guide for a comprehensive list of approved enhancements:

Allowed Modifications:

• Optifine (performance optimization)
• Sodium (performance improvement)
• Iris Shaders (improved graphics rendering)
• Better Grass (visual enhancement)
• Ore highlights (visual enhancement)
• OptiFine Configs (customization options)
• FPS Boost (performance enhancement)
• Custom Fonts (UI improvement)
• Resource Packs (visual customization)
• Chat Mods (convenience features)
• Minimap (navigation aid)
• Traveler's Map (interactive world map with waypoints)
• Schematic Visualization (navigation aid)

Block Placement Mods:

We do not allow modifications related to block placement, as this can significantly impact gameplay fairness. Any tool or method that automatically places blocks for the player is considered cheating and will result in punishment.

Replay Mods:

We allow modifications that enable gameplay recording and playback, provided they meet specific criteria:
• The recorder must only capture gameplay and not interact with the game world.
• The recorded gameplay must be played back in its original form, without editing or altering the content.
• The recorder must not allow changing perspectives during live gameplay; this feature is only permitted during playback.

An example of an allowed modification for this purpose is Replay Mod.

Macros / Scripts / Shortcut Keys:

• Modifications that allow the player to assign commands or chat messages to certain keys are generally allowed, provided they do not provide an unfair advantage to the player.
• Any scripts, advantageous/unfair macros, or automated gameplay methods that go beyond what's possible in vanilla Minecraft are strictly prohibited.
• While macros are allowed in certain contexts, they are strictly forbidden in PvP gameplay situations. This includes, but is not limited to, combat-related macros or any automation tools designed to gain an advantage in player-versus-player interactions.

Minimaps / Maps:

The Minimap and Traveler's Map are allowed for navigation purposes only. They cannot be used to reveal the positions of other players or to gain unfair advantages in gameplay.

Full-Brightness / Gamma Modifications:

Full brightness or gamma modifications are not allowed. However, we provide a convenient built-in feature for full brightness, available through our custom enchantments menu which is easy to obtain.

Auto-Clicking / AFK-Clicking:

Auto-clicking and AFK-clicking are strictly prohibited. These include any method or tool that performs clicks without active player input, whether through mods, scripts, external devices, or improvised objects (such as placing a paperweight on a mouse). These actions automate gameplay beyond what is possible in vanilla Minecraft and provide an unfair advantage, making them fully bannable offenses.

Schematic Visualization:

This can only be used for:
• Placing blocks manually using schematics
• Visualizing schematics
Note: They cannot be used to automatically place blocks.

Every tool and modification is still subject to our rules regarding Modifications and Unfair Advantages. Using these tools incorrectly or for unintended purposes may violate our rules and lead to disciplinary action. Always use these tools responsibly and in accordance with our guidelines.
